Terms of use
LarkLaunch is a place for makers to launch products and for people to discover them. These terms explain how it works and what we ask of everyone, so the leaderboard stays fair and the community stays a good place to be.
1. Using LarkLaunch
By using LarkLaunch (at https://larklaunch.com) you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. You need to be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age for online services where you live, to create an account. If you use LarkLaunch for a company, you confirm you are allowed to act for it.
2. What LarkLaunch offers
- A weekly leaderboard where new SaaS and AI products are ranked by community upvotes.
- Launch pages with comments, maker profiles, a community feed, follows and private messages.
- Optional paid plans (Premium and Premium+) and labelled sponsored placements.
3. Your account
You can sign up with an email address or with Google. Please keep your details accurate and your password private; you are responsible for what happens under your account. If you notice anything unusual, email us at peterhabib.v@gmail.com and we will help right away.
4. Launching a product
Every launch is reviewed by a person before it goes live. To keep the board useful, we ask that:
- You own the product or have permission to list it.
- The name, description, screenshots and pricing reflect what the product really does.
- The product is legal and safe: no malware, phishing, scams, adult content or copyright infringement.
If a launch doesn’t meet these guidelines, we may ask you to change it, or remove it. We will tell you why whenever we can.
5. Community guidelines
Comments, feed posts, replies and messages are what make LarkLaunch worth visiting. Please keep them constructive. Content that harasses or threatens people, spreads hate, spams, impersonates someone, shares someone’s private information, or tries to collect passwords or payment details isn’t allowed.
Direct messages are private between the people in the conversation, and the same guidelines apply. You can choose who can message you in Settings → Chat. If something looks wrong, email peterhabib.v@gmail.com with a link and we will look into it.
6. Fair voting
Rankings only mean something if the votes are real. One vote per person per product, and please don’t use bots, scripts, bought votes or vote-swapping groups. We check for unusual voting and may remove votes that aren’t genuine, or remove a launch that relies on them. Votes are permanent once cast.
7. How the weekly leaderboard works
Each week runs from Monday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59 UTC, and every launch competes in its own week. Launches are ordered by upvotes; a Premium+ placement is pinned at the top and always labelled “Featured”. If we ever need to adjust a week, for example after an outage, we will let affected makers know. A good ranking brings attention, but we can’t promise specific traffic, sales or search results.
8. Paid plans and sponsored spots
- Payments are handled by Polar, our merchant of record. LarkLaunch never sees or stores your card details.
- Premium is a monthly subscription. You can cancel any time and keep it until the end of the period you paid for.
- Premium+ is a one-time purchase. Because the placement and directory submissions start as soon as you buy, it can’t be refunded once that work has begun.
- Sponsored spots run for the period shown when you book and follow the same content guidelines as launches.
If something goes wrong with a purchase, email us. We would much rather sort it out with you than leave you unhappy.
9. Your content
Everything you submit or post stays yours. So that we can show it on LarkLaunch, you give us permission to host, display and resize it, and to share launches on our social channels and in the weekly email. This permission doesn’t cover your private messages, and it ends for content you delete (except copies already shared, such as a sent email).
10. Emails
We send account emails you need (like sign-up confirmation and password resets), updates about your launches, and a weekly email with the top products. You can unsubscribe from the weekly email with one click in any issue.
11. Links to other products
LarkLaunch links to products made by other people. We review launches, but we don’t run or vouch for those products, so please use your own judgement before signing up or paying for them.
12. Leaving LarkLaunch
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. This permanently removes your profile, launches, posts, comments and messages. We may suspend accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms, and we will explain why when we can.
13. Our responsibility
We work hard to keep LarkLaunch running well, but the service is provided as it is, without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free. As far as the law allows, LarkLaunch and its team aren’t liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits or data, that come from using the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that can’t be limited by law.
If someone makes a legal claim against us because of content you posted or a product you listed in breach of these terms, you agree to cover the reasonable costs that result.
14. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as LarkLaunch grows. The date at the top always shows the latest version, and we will tell you about important changes by email or notification.
