Refund policy

Refund and cancellation policy

Last updated October 17, 2026

Launching on LarkLaunch is free. This page explains how cancelling and refunds work for the optional paid plans and sponsored spots, and how to reach us if something goes wrong with a payment.

1. Who processes payments

Payments are handled by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, so your receipt and card statement come from them. Premium subscriptions started before October 2026 are billed by Polar instead. LarkLaunch never sees or stores your card details. Approved refunds go back to the card or payment method you paid with; how long they take to appear depends on your bank.

2. Premium ($9 a month)

  • Premium is a monthly subscription that renews automatically each month until you cancel. The price and billing interval are shown on the pricing page and at checkout.
  • Cancelling: open Subscription while signed in and choose Cancel, or email us. You keep Premium until the end of the period you already paid for, and you won’t be charged again.
  • Cancelling stops future payments; it doesn’t refund the current month, which stays active until it ends.
  • Your launches and listing stay live after Premium ends.

3. Premium+ ($39 one-time)

Premium+ is a single payment, not a subscription, so there is nothing to cancel. Its featured placement and the 40 directory submissions start as soon as you buy, so it can’t be refunded once that work has begun. If we don’t deliver what Premium+ includes, email us and we will put it right or refund you.

5. Payment mistakes

If you were charged twice for the same purchase, charged after cancelling Premium, or charged for something you didn’t receive, email us and we will refund the extra payment in full.

6. How to ask for a refund

Email hello@larklaunch.com from the address you paid with, or use our contact page. Tell us what you bought and roughly when, and what went wrong. We reply to every message, and we would much rather sort a problem out with you than leave you unhappy.

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the consumer laws where you live. See also our Terms of use and Privacy Policy.
