About
AI transcription and meeting notes in 99 languages, no bot
What is Voxnoto?
Voxnoto is an AI transcription service for people who spend their day in conversations. It listens to your recordings and turns them into clean, readable text with the name of each speaker, so you can stop replaying audio to find what was said. It works in 99 languages and detects the spoken language on its own, which means a Spanish interview, a German sales call and an English lecture can all go through the same simple flow without changing a single setting.
Four ways to get your recording in
1. Upload a file. Drag and drop an audio or video file into Voxnoto. It accepts MP3, MP4, M4A, MOV, AAC, WAV, OGG, OPUS, MPEG, WMA and WMV, so a voice memo from your phone, a camera video, a podcast episode exported from your editor or a downloaded Zoom recording all work as they are. There is no need to convert anything first. A single file can be up to 8 hours long, which covers a full workshop, a long research interview or a conference day.
2. Paste a link. If your recording already sits online as a media file, paste the direct link and Voxnoto fetches it for you.
3. Send a meeting bot. Invite the Voxnoto note taker to a Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams or Webex call. It joins, records the conversation and hands you the transcript when the meeting is over.
4. Record calls without a bot. Many people do not want an extra participant in their meetings. For them there is the Voxnoto desktop app for macOS and Windows. It runs quietly in the background and records your calls, capturing both your microphone and the other side of the conversation, without joining the meeting as a bot. When the call ends, the recording is uploaded and transcribed automatically. The Windows app is also available in the Microsoft Store.
Speaker labels that make transcripts readable
A wall of text is hard to use. Voxnoto splits every transcript by speaker, so you can see at a glance who asked the question and who gave the answer. This is what makes a transcript useful for interviews, panel discussions, podcasts with several hosts, focus groups and team meetings where five people talk at once.
Summaries in one tap
Not everyone has time to read a two-hour transcript. With one tap Voxnoto writes a short summary of the key points, so you can send a recap to your team right after the meeting or decide which part of a long interview deserves a closer look.
Translation into 22 languages
Work with people around the world? Translate any transcript into 22 languages, including English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Turkish and Indonesian. A meeting held in English can be read in French by a colleague in Paris and in Japanese by a partner in Tokyo.
Export to TXT and SRT subtitles
Take your text wherever you need it. Export a transcript as a plain TXT file for documents, notes and reports, or as an SRT subtitle file for videos. SRT files work with YouTube, Vimeo, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro and most video players, so you can add captions to tutorials, online courses, webinars and social media clips without typing a word.
